I have a 1 bedroom for rent in a 3 bedroom home in walking distance from Rhode Island Metro starting March 1. If you don't know anything about D.C. know that the closer you are to a metro station (especially the red line) the better.
All utilities and Internet included. In the common area, we have AppleTV with HBO and Netflix. The room comes fully furnished with a full-sized bed and desk.
We keep the place pretty clean, but as an added plus we have maids that come once every two/three weeks to give the entire house a deep clean.
The house is completely renovated with modern kitchen, energy efficient lights, and stainless steel appliances. Washer/dryer included, hardwood floors throughout the house.
We are looking for a young professional or student with positive energy, a sense of humor, and clean! The house is a 10-minute walk to the Rhode Island metro on the redline. Restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and a recreational park are all located within a block of the house.
