• It comes with access to a large (shower only), shared bathroom also on the upper level.
• This room also includes a sml. kitchenette but no access to other common areas.
• Kitchenette: a sml frig/single cup coffee mkr/microwave/1 induction burner/a table &2chairs
• You'll have at your advantage (wash & fold) plus (pickup & delivery) laundry services
(for a fee), from a neay-by laundromat.
• Free wifi will be available separate from any agreements, etc.. It's just simply Free!
• This is a non-smoking location at all times inside & out because children live next door.
• There’s another unit on the lower level where the host is located.
ABOUT THE AREA:
This is a great place for those who really want more convenience, & places to visit during a short Mid-Term stay. There is a nearby large grocery store, a new multiplex movie theater, an art museum, popular restaurants, coffee shops, & 2 Metro Stations (on the red line), just blocks away.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
All adult guests must have a Passport or a US Government issued ID ready upon arrival, no additional unauthorized guests, no pets are allowed, & the primary guest must be 18 years of age or older.
