미국에서도 Top 학군으로 걸어 다닐 수 있는 명문 공.사립 초.중.고등학교 위치.
집에서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 학교, 은행,우체국,도서관, 호텔,스타벅스,극장, 고급레스토랑과,
스포츠센터, 수퍼마켓, 고급 Montgomery mall과 백화점이 근처에 있고,
로컬 버스와 Rockville,NIH, Washington DC를 운행하는 지하철까지(20분)
버스가 운행되고 있으며,
지하철로 NIH, DC 백악관과 조지 워싱턴대학, 조지타운 대학, 카플란(White House and
American University, George Washington University,Georgetown University, Kaplan)

저는 미국 신학대학교 졸업후 기독교 기관에서 일하고 있습니다
3명의 자녀가 미국에서 초중고 대학을 다녔고 각각 컨설팅,IT, 미연방공직에 근무중이며,
6년간 고등학생 대학생 홈스테이를 하였고, 현재 사립고등학생 한명을 홈스테이하고 있으며,
미 연방공무원으로 근무하는 미국에서 초.중.고를 졸업한 아들과 함께 생활하면서
중.고등학생 명문대학 입학 카운슬러를 하고 있습니다

원하는 홈스테이는 초,중.고등학생 아침,저녁제공(라이드가능) 비흡연 성인 직장인도 가능합니다.
2인이 함께 거주할 수 있고, 만약 원한다면 1인 거주도 가능,

Hello everyone,

Including my wife and I, we are 4 living at home.

My son has lived in America from elementary to college, and he is a federal government employee in Washington, D.C.
He plans to attend graduate school in NYC.

1. My nephew is now a senior in high school, preparing for college. He will be your roommate.

2. Homestay requires a contract of minimum 2 months, and a 2 months pre-payment. You must notify us 3 weeks prior to cancellation.

3. Of course English is spoken in our home. Our home and neighborhood is also very safe, even at night.

If you decide to stay at my house,

Option A: Shared room (2 people in the room) (including breakfast one month; $1000)
Option B: Shared room (2 people in the room) including breakfast & dinner; $1500)
Option C: Own room including breakfast and dinner is $2,000 About

my location:

1. Bethesda, MD is the richest state and top number one city in Maryland
2. Bethesda is the safest city and the most beautiful city. (Forbes: Bethesda is America's Livable City ranked second in the nation)
3. Bethesda is the top number one education public and private schools.
(USA Census reports that Bethesda has the number one education in the nation: Bethesda has
83% undergrad degree,
54% graduate degrees
27% Ph.D degrees) So, Bethesda has a very high education with degrees.
4. Bethesda is easy access to Virginia and Washington D.C. downtown.
5. Bethesda residents are highly educated and holds many government and professional positions.
(NIH, Lockheed Martin, Marriott Headquarter, etc)
6. Bethesda is close to downtown Georgetown which has excellent night entertainment . (Georgetown Jazz Clubs and restaurants)
7. In a walking distance, there is a Starbucks, bank, library, grocery store, gym, restaurants, movie cinema,
Marriott hotel headquarter ,and upscale Westfield Montgomery Mall.
8. My neighborhood is very secure to walk around in front of my house. There is fountain lake walking course to exercise at night.

9. My house is next to a public bus station that takes 20 minutes by bus to Grosvenor Metro Station that goes to Washington D.C. downtown.
